Pegust was commissioned to manufacture equipment for drying tea in Turkey. The equipment consists of a through-flow dryer in which the tea is first pre-dried, then fermented and finally post-dried.
The customer is a large Turkish tea company, which in this way takes a big technological step forward.
The drying takes place in a designed construction with a well-controlled process which produces a more even higher quality tea.
